After applying your Renewal Serum, gently roll the applicator along the crease beneath each eye, moving from the inner corner toward the outer corner. Allow the cooling roller to glide over the skin, then gently pat in any remaining oil if desired. Use nightly or as part of your daily skincare routine. Store in the refrigerator for an extra cooling, depuffing experience. NOTE: Do NOT put on eyelids

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $65. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $65 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.  We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

HEAT WARNING: From May - September, your balm may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. If your balm arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.
